A Unique House in Houston

Hello everyone!

Today, I want to share a very interesting place in my city, Houston. It is called the Beer Can House. This is not a normal house; it is a beautiful work of art made from recycled materials.

John Milkovisch, a retired upholsterer, started this project in 1968. He did not want to throw away his beer cans, so he used them to decorate his home. He spent over 18 years working on it. People say he used more than 50,000 aluminum cans! When the wind blows, the cans make a lovely sound like wind chimes.

I chose this topic because I love how one person’s hobby became a famous landmark.
